Rookies HQ ships hundreds of cards daily and we work hard to maintain an accurate database and inventory. However, due to the shear volume of cards we sell daily, we do occasionally have some minor out of stocks. If we do not have one of your cards for your order, we apologize up front. You will see a cash refund in your order when we ship it. Any out of stock is usually a common cards and not an autograph or insert card. Also, we may sell cards in our retail brick and mortar store and it may not get deleted as quickly as we would like and it may cause an out of stock.
