• If you are posting Buy Orders, your billing address must match your credit card billing address.
• PO Boxes are not allowed for shipping addresses.
• Once you have registered with a password, you will have the option to include a credit card on file and place your Purchase Safety Limit. (Information on limits see Rules/Policies).
  

On every page is a Search Box. Enter a partial or full description of the item that you are looking for and click find.

If you don't find the item that you are looking for, try using the Advanced Search.

If you don't find the item you are looking for contact SportsBuy Customer Care at CustomerCare@NAXCOM.com to help you locate the item you are looking for.

On the search results page, you are shown the item you are looking for and all other similar matches. For each item the:

1. Last Trade (The price of the last sale)
2. Highest Buyer's Price (The highest price that a user is willing to buy the item for).
3. Lowest Seller's Price (The lowest price that a user is willing to sell the item for).

To sell or buy an item, enter the marketplace for the item that you are interested in. Click on: "Buy or Sell This Item."

Buyers are on the left side along with the quantity and price that they are willing to pay for your item.

Sellers are on the right side along with the quantity and price that they are willing to sell you this item for.

Buying an item from a seller on the SportsBuy Exchange is safe, fast and easy.

• At all times you can see the lowest price of an item.
• You pay the seller through the SportsBuy account.
• If you have a dispute, your claim is made to SportsBuy. You do not have to track down the seller.
• TRUST! SportsBuy keeps an active internal feedback rating on ALL sellers and does not allow a seller to continue on the SportsBuy system after 1 fraudulent transaction

To buy an item you have 3 choices:

1. Purchase an item at a Seller's Posted Sell Price.
2. Post a Buy Order.
3. Insert an item and buy price in the PowerPost or Bulk Upload.
   

Purchasing an item at a Seller's Posted Sell Price

Enter the item's information in the Search or Advanced Search.

On the right side of the marketplace is a list of all of the sellers in order with the lowest seller on the top line followed by the next lowest sellers.

Alongside each seller is their:

• Price that they are selling their item at
• Quantity of items that they are selling

You can purchase an item by placing the number of items you wish to purchase from the seller(s). You can choose any one seller or a multiple number of sellers.

Post a Buy Order

Go to the marketplace of the item that you want to buy. If you want to offer a price that is lower than the sell prices, you can post a Buy Order.

Click on "Post Buy Order"

Enter in your maximum number of items that you are willing to buy and at the price you are willing to pay.
(With posting buy orders, you must be a registered user and have enough funds in your account or credit card on file to cover your buy orders).

Inserting items through PowerPost or Bulk Upload

PowerPost is available to all registered users through the SportsBuy Site. Bulk Upload is available by contacting SportsBuy Customer Care.

For both PowerPost and Bulk Upload, you will type in the item, along with a price and quantity. After submitting your items and confirming your orders, the system will post your orders to the marketplace. In the event that your buy price is higher or matches with a seller's price, your order will be executed. If there is not a match, your order will be posted to the marketplace that you have selected.

Selling an item to a buyer on the SportsBuy Exchange is safe, fast and easy.

• At all times you can see the highest buyers of items you are looking to sell.
• The buyer pays through their SportsBuy account. NO EMAILS BACK AND FOURTH, NO WAITING FOR PAYMENT, COLLECTING CHECKS AND WAITING FOR THE CHECKS TO CLEAR.
• You will only receive a confirmation of a sale when a buyer's payment has been received and you are guaranteed that their money has been placed into your SportsBuy holding account.
• You will receive an email from SportsBuy with the buyer's mailing information.

Selling an Item to a Buyer at Their Posted Buy Price

Enter the item's information in the Search or Advanced Search

Confirmation

• The buyer will pay you the total cost of the goods, plus shipping and insurance (details regarding shipping and insurance are available in the "Rules/policies" section).
• SportsBuy deducts the transaction fee from the total (details regarding transaction fees are available in the "Rules/policies" section).
• Confirm the order and enter in all of your information.
• SportsBuy emails you the buyer's mailing information and the item and quantity purchased.
• Review "Rules/policies" for details regarding:
  1. Authenticity and Condition guidelines and how and when you should ship the item.
  2. Your protection if the buyer claims he never receives your item or the item wasn't what they purchased.
  3. How to use the money from the item you sold to buy other items on the SportsBuy system and/or how to receive a check for the item you sold.

Post a Sell Order

Go to the marketplace of the item that you want to sell. If you want to offer a price that is higher than the buyer's prices, you can post a Sell Order.

Click on "Post Sell Order"

Inserting Items Through PowerPost or Bulk Upload

PowerPost is available to all registered users through the SportsBuy Site. Bulk Upload is available by contacting SportsBuy Customer Care.
