Where can I set up my VIP FREE Shipping?

This program is for VIP's only and can be found by logging into your account and clicking on your own VIP page. Just below your account description (if you have one posted to the site) will be a link that says 'Update/Activate my Seller Free Shipping Program'. Follow the instructions within the link to create your own free shipping program. You can include or exclude any type of collectible item currently sold on the site, or choose to include one with a minimum sell price per item (i.e. you will only offer free shipping on wax boxes above $40).

How does it work?

You now have the ability to increase your sales by offering your buyers the ability to receive free shipping if they purchase a minimum amount from your NAXCOM listings. You dictate what that minimum amount is by inputting the minimum amount below. *This is seperate from the NAXCOM Free Shipping Promotions and the seller is responsible for their own free shipping promotion.

Once you have set-up your Free Shipping guidelines through this simple process, a text link will then appear underneath all your listings on all book pages informing buyers that you have your own exclusive Free Shipping offers. This high profile link guarantees maximum exposure and clearly sets you apart from all of the other VIP sellers.
In addition, this text link will also appear on the shopping cart check-out page to let your buyers know that if they purchase an additional amount from you, you will waive the shipping and insurance costs. For example, a buyer has purchased $25 from you and you have set your free shipping limit at $50, the buyer would see the following:

Your free shipping offer will also be posted with your name and seller description on the following pages encouraging buyers to browse through your listings:

• Your VIP Page with all of your listings
• On the MORE Info Seller/Listings Page below your name
• On the VIP Page where all of the VIP Sellers are listed
• On the NAXCOM Home Page, if you're one of the top 10 VIP Certified and Premier Sellers
• On the VIP Leader board Page

*Please note: The Free Shipping Offer is only valid when a buyer purchases an item from a seller's listings. It is NOT valid when a seller executes a buyer's posted offer.
